Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Not satisfied for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@pdfspylab.com to request your refund.
You must not use PDFSpy Lab to:
PDFs generated through PDFSpy Lab belong to you. You have the right to keep, sell, and distribute them on any platform including Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, your own website, or anywhere else.
We retain ownership of the PDFSpy Lab software, platform, logo, and design. You may not copy or redistribute the PDFSpy Lab application itself.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before selling. We recommend adding your own voice and verifying any factual claims before publishing.
PDFSpy Lab uses AI (OpenAI and Anthropic Claude) to generate content. While we strive for quality, AI content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before selling it to others.
PDFSpy Lab uses Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Fal.ai, and PDFShift. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions or policies.
PDFSpy Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We make no guarantees about income or sales results from PDFs created with our service.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms and will notify you by email when significant changes are made. Continued use of PDFSpy Lab after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in US courts.
